Engagement strategies and the wonders of a collaborative community
Nothing beats a good community to solve problems and motivate individuals to action.
I just realized it has been quite awhile since I last posted. Like everyone else, I have a good excuse... CLIENTS. We have been extremely busy the last couple months and OPENAssociations has really taken off and we find ourselves working late into the nights helping launching collaboration sites for our association clients.
So, I don't have much time here, but I wanted to send out my regards to the actively growing community at Higher Logic. The Higher Logic User Group, while still relatively small, has really proven to be a great resource for all of us who are involved in and dedicated to launching online communities.
A great example of that would be members of this community who are taking the time to help educate each other on what is working and not working in their community deployments.
One of the most active members of this community, and a very good writer, is Mark Eichler. To see what I mean about this community, read Mark's recent post on the importance of assessments.
Now back to work.....
