Many of The Center of Association Growth (TCAG) clients have some form of certification or continuing education requirements. We recognize the importance of conducting these programs professionally and maintaining accurate records. TCAG staff can guide the development of a certification curriculum as well as the establishment of the program and its continuing education elements.

TCAG’s experience in managing certification and continuing education programs includes:

• TCAG currently manages the Commission on Accreditation of Ambulance Services (CAAS) which develops and applies extensive consensus-based standards to the ambulance industry throughout the United States.
• We manage over 35 certification preparation courses per year.
• Key staff members are instrumental in the development and administration of certification programs.
